Why should I submit a product review?Updated 2 years ago

Product reviews are important to folks like yourself to understand if a hair care item might be what they're looking for! We like to reward you for your thoughts and time, so when you complete a review for a product you've recently purchased, you'll earn loyalty rewards points* (hopefully you're a rewards member, if not- you should join!). 

Here's how it works: 

• about 3 weeks after you placed your order, you'll receive an email prompting you to submit a review
• using the form in the email, you'll submit your review of that hair care item 
• once your review is submitted, your rewards points will be updated

We do our best to publish all reviews on the site, however, we do reserve the right to not publish a review or remove reviews at any time. 

*Rewards points are awarded for one review per month.
