Once your order is placed, standard processing times are within 1-2* business days (Monday through Friday). 

* In light of the current volume of holiday season orders, we are requesting customers allow up to 7 business days for their order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience + understanding!

amika orders ship via multiple carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Canada Post, etc. on business days (Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm ET, excluding major holidays). We will ship your order with the fastest available method for your order (which can depend upon weight and contents), which is why we don't provide an 'expedited' option at this time- we already expedite your order's shipping! 😊

amika offers free shipping on orders $55 or more within Canada (excluding Quebec) on all orders. Free shipping applies to orders after all discounts are applied; orders that are below $55 will be charged a $10 flat shipping rate. 

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. We do not ship to Quebec at this time.
