Our team works hard to ship orders out as quickly as possible, and many orders will ship on the same day that they were placed (barring any sales and before about 4 pm ET). Should you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate if we receive an email from you within 2 hours of placing the order at [email protected].

Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line. Once we cancel your order, we will refund the credit card used for the initial purchase. Please be patient. Seeing a credit on your account can take several business days.
